The Wheel of Celebration is a wheel that was created to commemorate 25 years of Neopets, being managed by a very enthusiastic 25th Anniversary Faellie named Pandora. It was able to be spun twice per day for free from November 15th-30th 2024.

| Hat with Tag | The player wins a code (which will be valid until the end of 2024) for a 10% discount on any given purchase at Neopets' merch store! |

Trivia[]
- The Wheel of Celebration was originally slated to retire on November 25th, 2024, but on November 18th, TNT pushed the date forward by 5 more days.
- It was also updated to no longer require watching an ad for a non-Premium member's second spin.
- The 25th Anniversary Paint Brushes, which were prizes from this wheel, could be prematurely won from the Alien Aisha Vending Machine on October 30th, 2024.
- The Celebratory Confetti Cannon and 25th Anniversary Celebration Stamp were made available via the Hidden Tower on December 6th, 2024.
