Story: All the Petpets & Petpetpets were stolen from their habitats & owners by Grarrl Keno and put into his dangerous, dark corridor, forced to work in the mines for eternity.
Grarrl Keno also created strange Uskii dolls & fake petpets that cause Neopets to be incredibly hypnotized into loving them so much, that greedy Neopets won't even mind their Neopoints being stolen! (and it also makes Neopets try and get rid of Neopia's fun and joy) allowing Grarrl Keno to steal them without them noticing.
