Toy is a playful colour for Neopets.
Toy pets are colorful action figures, being plastic with darker lines and bolts. Some of them are references to Toy Story and a few of them are furry instead of plasticine. 
How to Obtain[]
To obtain a Toy Neopet, the player will need a Toy Paint Brush, access to the Secret Lab Ray, Species Change Premium perk, Holiday Dream Neopet Giveaway, or Rainbow Fountain. Players may also be able to adopt one or trade for one.

- Toy Bori is based on Fisher-Price xylophone.
- Toy Bruce is based on a stuffed toy Penguin (based on an idea from draik_bianca). Similarly Toy Kougra and Toy Lupe also appear to be based on stuffed animals.
- Toy Chia is based on Mr. Potato Head.
- Toy Gelert's ears and tail are inspired by a slinky.
