Gameplay[]
In this game, 21 tickets are drawn from a drum. The player will win two item prizes (including codestones, food (which can be gourmet), and Petpets) and some Neopoints if the ticket ends with a 0, 2, or 5; however, even if their ticket does not end in any of these numbers, there would still a chance of the player winning a cheap consolation prize (including Tiki Tack merchandise), along with an even smaller chance of also receiving some Neopoints.

- In the very early days of Neopets, the Tombola costed Tombola Coins to play.
- The Tiki Tack Man takes a break from running the Tombola at certain hours of the day (3-4am/1-2pm/9-10pm NST), leaving up a sign saying: "Closed. Back in an hour or so."
- Sometimes, when the Tiki Tack Man runs out of prizes to give away, Neopians are required to donate Neopoints before the game can begin again.
