Tekel (also known as Tekeli-Li) is a Tyrannian Techo who is one of the six elders of Tyrannia. His job title within the Council of Elders is Master of Spells and Potions.

Tekel and the other elders were available to visit by tourists in the Tyrannian Town Hall since March 27th, 2001 (Year 3).
