Restricted Pets are very rare Neopets that cannot be created though the "Create a Pet" page, Species Change Premium perk, nor the Lab Ray; they must instead be created under special circumstances.

Draiks can be made via hatching a Draik Egg at the Draik Nest (which either can be bought from Merifoods or earned from the Forgotten Shore) or using a Morphing/Transmogrification Potion.
Krawk []

Krawks can be made via taking a Krawk Petpet (with the exception of zapped, Darigan, Ghost or Robot Krawk Petpets) from the Tyrannian Petpet Shop to the Fungus Cave, or using a Magical Plushie or Morphing/Transmogrification Potion.
