Reginald is an Orange Lupe who is known for saving his younger sister, Sophie, from the angry townspeople who blamed their family for the side effects of the Hissi Oil potions in the Tale of Woe plot.

Reginald is an intelligent young Lupe who is the son of Edmund and Alice and brother to Bruno and Sophie.
History[]
In the Tale of Woe, when the mutated citizens begin to go after Reginald's family, Reginald took his sister Sophie (the only one not affected by the curse) deep into the Haunted Woods, into the care of Ilere, the Earth Faerie.
Reginald was in charge of hiding the Goodie Bags for the 2023 (Y25) Trick-or-Treating Event, placing new stories surrounding some of Neopia’s scariest villains inside each bag.
