Red

In Neopia, pets have different colours. All pet species can be red. A pet can be turned red with a magical paintbrush or, for some species, a magical Morphing Potion. Red paint brushes can come in Neopets newbie packs but in the form of a no-trade Starter Paint Brush.

Other ways to change to a red pet:

• Play with a Magical Plushie
• Use a Morphing Potion
• Go to the Lab Ray

Note: Magical plushies or morphing potions will also change the pet's species.

Trivia

• On September 20, 2002, all Red Aisha, Chomby, Elephante, Gelert, Kacheek, Kau, Meerca, Poogle, Pteri, and Uni were changed from either Pink or Orange to a true Red. On the same day, the Pink and Orange Paint Brushes were released.
