Neggs are a variety of food item that is the Neopian equivalent to eggs. Neggs can usually be bought with Negg tokens at the Neggery, which is run the Negg Faerie, Kari. Neggs from the Neggery can either give your pet statuses, make them ill, dispense other items, or be used in the Battledome.
Other Neggs (such as Brown Neggs) do not tend to do anything but "fill up" your Neopet, which (unless it's a Gourmet Food) would be considered worthless.
Warnings[]
- The Neopets help files state that there is no recipe to create a Fish Negg, as some users have run scams involving this.
- Tonus are allergic to Neggs; feeding one to them will cause them to contract the Neezles.
