Naia the Fountain Faerie is a Water Faerie who runs the Rainbow Fountain in Faerieland.
Quests[]
Due to Neopets hogging the Fountain's magic, the user will have to wait for the Fountain Faerie to give them a quest, which tend to be very rare. In it, she will ask the player to find a r94-96 item.
Once the quest is completed, the player will be able to paint any of their pets almost any colour. (Excluded colors are: 8-bit, Burlap, Ice, Magma, Mosaic, MSP, Quiguki, Robot, Royal, Sponge, and Usuki.)
History[]
When the Fountain Faerie first appeared in 2001, players could earn Fountain Faerie Passes by signing up with sponsor offers, but the Rainbow Fountain could only paint their pets one of the basic colours (Red, Yellow, Blue or Green). It was later changed so that it can paint players' pets any colour (excluding Robot) and change their species as well.
A year later, the Rainbow Fountain went down for maintenance for two years, and then reopening in the form we know today. After the Faerie's Ruin plot concluded, the Fountain Faerie's name was revealed to be Naia on the About the Faeries page.
