The Kadoatery is a facility in the Neopian Plaza where Kadoaties are kept and cared for while their owners are away.
How it Works[]
Feeding a Kadoatie involves giving them a food item of their choice, which can often shoot above 100K Neopoints; however, not all of these kitties want expensive food items - in fact, some of them can even be under 1K NP!
However, one must be quick to feed a Kadoatie, as a lot of people like to frequent the Kadoatery.
Kadoaties are usually cycled out every 28 minutes or so (though this can sometimes get delayed by 7 minutes). If a user has already fed a Kadoatie during this period, they will have to wait until the Kadoatie they have recently fed goes home so that they can feed another. As of November 2022, if Kadoatie has not been fed within 72 hours, it will go home on its own.
From 11:00PM-3AM NST, once the Kadoatery "closes", it will get dark, causing all the Kadoaties to cry all night. Fortunately, these kitties can still be fed as usual.
