How to Obtain[]
To get a Jelly Neopet, the player will need access to the Secret Lab Ray, Species Change Premium perk, Holiday Dream Neopet Giveaway, or the Rainbow Fountain. Players may also be able to adopt or trade for one.
Jelly Petpets are exclusive to the Petpet Lab Ray.
