Harry, sometimes referred to as Harry the Explorer or Harry, Explorer Extraordinaire, is a Techo that made his debut with the release of Techo Safari and would serve as the explorer archetype for Neopets until 2004.

Harry was also featured in the Gadgadsbogen Puzzle in March of 2003 where he at a Froozle, wore a purple grass skirt, drank a Blue Cocofizz, and limboed at 52 cm.
Soon after Techo Safari was made inaccessible after the puzzle in 2004, Jake the Explorer was introduced and would later take his place as the explorer of Mystery Island, and would become a somewhat prominent figure compared to Harry's legacy.
Harry would make one last appearance as a Better Than You contestant in 2011 where he played Jungle Raiders with a score of 450 to beat.
Today, the only mention of Harry is on the Techo's pet information page under the notable Techos section.
In June of 2019, Neopets held a QnA on Twitter where Scrappy (prominent staff member during the Jumpstart era) would answer some fan questions for SDCC. One of the questions was asking about if dormant Techo characters would appear again in a plot, item, or other site feature. The response was: "Yeah there are definitely lots of characters that have been kept on the DL for a few years now that we know will be back one day. I can't say anything for certain but I will see if I can find out anything on any dormant characters that we might see again soon!"
