The Grumpy Old King is ... well an old king that's grumpy! Basically, you pick words/phrases from drop-down menus to make a joke to get King Skarl to laugh.. The King will either laugh and reward you for your time, or say things such as "I've heard this before!" IF he does say that you will not be rewarded. You may try this twice a day.
