Fluffy is Megan's Petpet. He is sent on a quest to retrieve the Wand of Wishing which Megan found but was stolen by one of Archos's Werhonds who moved to Petaria by a magical portal to prevent it from being reacquired by Megan. He warps to Petaria himself to find the wand. He was not anthropomorphic before warping into Petaria, but after warping into Petaria he transforms into an anthropomorphic Petpet with a shirt.
As the primary player character of Neopets: Petpet Adventures: The Wand of Wishing his species is able to be selected in the beginning of the game. The player can choose if he is a Doglefox, Mazzew, Krawk, or Meowclops. His name can also be set before the game starts, though in the initial FMV cutscene he is named "Fluffy". The player can also equip him with clothing/armor and a weapon, though he wears a tan rag shirt if he has no torso armor or clothing equipped. He wears different sets of armor depending on which species of Petpet he is. Later in the game the player can also change his color by moving into a magic pool of a certain color to change his color.
