The Earth Faeries live in the forests of Neopia, making their homes between the branches of the tallest trees. They love to collect and store items, and try and hide themselves from the creatures far, far below. They can grant powers such as toughened skin, the ability to magically create food or burrow into the ground.
There is also an uber Earth Faerie who can give out random quests. She looks like this and will ask for Magical items. As a reward she will feed a random pet (to the bloated level) and restore lost Hit Points. This is generally considered useless as it is often cheaper to feed them yourself!

A famous Earth Faerie is Illusen who you do timed quests for, she can be found here..
Another famous Earth Faerie is Ilere of the Woods, she is dark and sneaks around with her plants. She participated in the Tale Of Woe Plot.
Iyana the Earth Faerie has her own trading card, she looks like this.
