CodeBreakers (also stylized as Code Breakers) is a retired game on Neopets. The game likely released sometime in 2000 (Y2), with a new version of the game releasing on August 30th and was updated with more levels and difficulty scaling on September 5th.[1][2] It was retired in 2005 (Y7) and is currently available to play in the Game Graveyard.[3]
CodeBreakers appeared on the Virtupets map from 2000 to 2005.[4]
Gameplay[]
The game is very similar to Time Tunnel (as well as bearing a vague resemblance to Clockwork Codebreaker). Players must correctly guess a random pattern of four codestones within ten tries. After each try, hints are given to the right of the attempt via black or white bars. Each white bar signals a codestone is in the sequence but in the wrong location, and each black bar signifies a codestone is both in the sequence and in the correct position. Scores are given based on how much time it takes a player to get the answer.
