Boochi is a Baby Bruce best known for his appearances in random events, in which he would zap unwary Neopets into babies like him. Nowadays, though, he misses his shots a lot of the time. As a Battledome opponent, his HP starts at 15.

Boochi is a Baby Bruce who is pink with a blue jumper, a red bow in battle, and his head is disproportionate to his body.
History[]
Since his vocabulary consists of typical baby babbles and maniacal laughter, Boochi's past is shrouded in mystery. In fact, whole books have been filled with theories about it! Perhaps he was once a brilliant scientist who was simply too clever for his own good, but Neopians may never know for sure.
Boochi appeared in the 2011 Advent Calendar, zapping the Unfortunate Holiday Ogrin into a Baby Ogrin. A year later, the Ogrin turned Blue after becoming sad, activating the random event.
As of 2014, with the release of Aboard the Coincidence and update of all random events, Boochi is no longer capable of zapping Neopets, as he will always miss.
