Bloat B Gone was a prize from beating Abigail's Snowmuncher score in 2011 (Y13) Daily Dare. However, it can also be obtained from other users.

As one can imagine, the Bloat B Gone item is based its appearances in Snowmuncher. It is a rather helpful item for Dieter, since it reduces his bloat level by 50% (typing "buuuurrrrrrrrp" also does just that, but is only active once per game), making it easier for him to eat through the snow throughout each level.
