Biscuit pets tend to share the appearance of a conventional chocolate chip biscuit - biscuits (in the United Kingdom, where Neopets was founded) being hard and flat baked goods, which can be referred to as "cookies" in American English.[1]

To get a Biscuit pet, the player will need a Biscuit Paint Brush, Morphing Potion, access to the Lab Ray, Species Change Premium perk, Holiday Dream Neopet Giveaway, or Rainbow Fountain. Players may also be able to adopt one or trade for one.
