Alshemar of the Seventh Scroll is one of the characters in The Mysterious Obelisk plot. He is affiliated with the Order of the Red Erisim.
Appearance[]
Alshemar is an elderly blue Ogrin with a long white beard. He wears a red wizard's hat and a red robe trimmed in gold. A staff is in his right hand and an orb in his left.
History[]
Alshemar is a powerful wizard and the former tutor of Rasala the Bright (who is presently head of the Order). Prior to the Obelisk War, Rasala expressed her doubts to Alshemar about whether it was right for them to claim the obelisk. She didn't want the Order to become corrupted by power as Xandra had been. Alshemar reassured her that the very fact that she questioned their right to power meant she was worthy of it.
